Earlier this year the Board of Trustees and I spent a considerable amount of time refining our strategic plan. It was an opportunity to review the past, assess the present, and plan for the future. From that process we brought greater focus to who we are as an organization, what we stand for, and what our members can expect from us going forward.

The results of those focused discussions are captured in our mission, vision, and values, which I'd like to share with you:

Mission: To be a predictable, stable and creative partner in helping members meet their risk management needs.

Vision: Primex³ will be known as the most trusted provider of exceptional products and services.

Values: Trust. Excellence. Service. 

Almost every day I hear or see something that assures me that our staff embraces and uses our mission, vision, and values as a “True North” for decision-making.  Last week I attended a planning meeting for our Annual Conference, and somebody stated, “Let’s be sure to provide some creative solutions for members; after all, it’s part of our mission!”  That was truly rewarding for me, and I’m confident you’ll also witness our mission, vision, and values in action.
