 Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefits are an important part of your overall employee benefit package. Life Insurance means peace of mind for the employee - but more so for the family. Proceeds can help with the costs associated with funeral expenses, mortgages, education expense or other bills that may be outstanding. It also gives the family time to adjust to their loss and to what are often major changes in their financial situation. Primex3 offers Group Life Insurance to our members. Life insurance usually includes an Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit equal to the amount of life insurance. Primex3 offers life insurance programs to match your existing coverage such as flat amounts, multiples of salary, or we can customize your plan taking into account any contracted or union benefits. Additional amounts are available on an employee-pay-all basis. Primex3 life insurance plans can include coverage on dependent children and your spouse. Generally, depending on the size of the group, individual benefits of $50,000 or one times salary or less are covered without any medical examinations. Coverage includes a conversion policy in the event an employee terminates employment.
