Mount Washington Resort  
The staff and management of the Mount Washington Resort look forward to your stay at Bretton Woods. To be assured of accommodations, please make your reservation no later than April 25th. Complete this form and return it to the Resorts Group Reservation office or call 1-800-258-0330 to place your reservation. In order to receive the preferred rate of $179.00 per night, telephone reservations must identify your affiliation with Primex3. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify themselves as Primex3 conference participants. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Late requests will be processed on a space and rate availability basis only. Individual guest reservations require a deposit in the amount of one room night. The advance deposit will be applied to the last night of your scheduled stay. Company checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted methods of payment. A full refund - minus a $25 .00 processing fee - of the guest deposit will be made if notifi cation of cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund of the guest deposit - minus a $25 processing fee - will be made if notifi cation of cancellation is received 5-14 days prior to arrival. No refund of the guest deposit will be made if notification of cancellation is received 0-4 days prior to arrival. No-show and early departures will be charged the room rate in full for all night of the original reservation. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as availability allows. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage through the front desk. Golf: If you wish to play golf during your stay at the Mount Washington Resort, Primex3 has arranged for its members to play at a discounted rate of $95 per 18 holes on the new Donald Ross Course. If you choose to play, you must make your arrangements with Steven Whitaker (Conference Service Manager) by calling his direct line 603-278-8812 informing him that you are a Primex3 Annual Conference participant. Early Arrival: The Mount Washington Resort will be pleased to extend the group rate two days prior and two days after the event. |
