Registration Information

The conference registration desk will open Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st at 7:00 am in the main lobby where you will be provided with Conference materials.

By special arrangement with sponsors, registration for all sessions, meals and entertainment is free to all Primex3 members. Please register before May 1, 2009.

Please fill out the Registration Form completely. Use one form per person (photocopy as needed), returning the form, along with applicable fees, to: Primex3, 46 Donovan Street, Concord, NH 03301 or by fax to 603-228-0650. You may also register online at www.nhprimex.org.

Guests

General sessions, concurrent sessions, and entertainment are open to all members and their guests. There is an extra charge for guest meals. Please fill out the Guest Registration Form for your guest and enclose a check for the total amount for meals, payable to Primex3.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify Primex3 by Friday, May 8, 2009. Your guest meal fees will be fully refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.

Conference Attire

Conference attire is business-casual for all sessions.

  • From Manchester, NH: Take I-93 North through Franconia Notch to Exit 35, Route 3N. Take Route 3N to Twin Mountain. Follow Route 302E to Bretton Woods.
  • From NH Seacoast/Portsmouth, NH: From I-95 or Route 101 or Route 4: exit onto Route 16N/Spaulding Turnpike to North Conway/Glen. Follow Route 302W to Bretton Woods
