		Bullying: Reality, Impacts and Action (Module 1) This video training series consists of three modules which discuss the impacts of *NHRSA 193-F:2 The Pupil Safety and Violence Prevention Act. The modules are available in two formats: The "Watch Now" format is a ready-access format best suited for individual training on a personal computer. For training larger groups, it is advisable to download the "Full Size Video" format for each module for higher quality viewing on a larger screen. Each module completed by employees on a personal computer requires the successful completion of a short quiz. Each module will take approximately 30 minutes or less to complete, and may be completed in separate settings. Module 1* discusses the reality of bullying, including the emotional, educational, and legal impacts.

		Bullying: Reality, Impacts and Action (Module 3) Module 3 identifies examples of bullying, common characteristics of bullies, and discusses appropriate action and responses to an actual or suspected incident.
