The Primex³ Leadership Development Program (LDP) provides supervisors the opportunity to build the essential skills required to be an effective leader in today's workplace. It has two components:

• Supervisor's Academy:
• Upon successful completion of the Supervisor's Academy participants will be recognized as Primex³ Level I Leaders. Recent graduates of Supervisor's Academy III will also be recognized as Primex³ Level I Leaders.
• Continuing Professional Development:
• Upon successful completion of an additional 24 hours of designated Primex³ training, available on the Primex³ Training Calendar, Level I Leaders will earn the Level II designation.
• Completion of each additional 24 hours of Primex³ training provides recognition at the next leadership level.
