In this interactive session, we’ll discuss the advantages of employee handbooks and identify those policies employers must have, as well as those that may be unlawful and actually create unnecessary liability. Attendees will be given practical information to develop an employee handbook and implement the policies. The information presented will help insulate employers against expensive and time-consuming litigation.

Tom Closson
Thomas M. Closson owns his own law firm, located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Tom has been practicing labor and employment law since his admission to the New Hampshire Bar in 1993. He represents public sector clients across New Hampshire. Tom is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Harvard Law School.
