We are excited to welcome Edward Ostolski, Senior Federal Investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to discuss the ADA and other trending discrimination claims.  Mr. Ostolski will discuss best practices, pitfalls, some do’s and a lot of don’ts, and will provide ample time for our audience to engage by asking questions that would shed more light on the process of discrimination charges and the responsibilities of the employer.
